Arrange the bacon-wrapped asparagus in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the asparagus is tender. If the bacon isn't crispy enough, you can broil for an additional 1-2 minutes, but keep a close eye to prevent burning.
Before serving, sprinkle with nutritional yeast for an extra layer of umami flavor.
