Anti-Inflammatory Detox Drink

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup brewed green tea cooled
  • 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions
 

  • Brew 1 cup of green tea and allow it to cool to room temperature.
  • In a blender or a large glass, combine the green tea, lime juice, grated ginger, maple syrup, and cayenne pepper.
  • Stir or blend until all ingredients are well combined.
  • Pour into a glass and sip slowly.
  • For best results, drink 1 cup twice a day—once in the morning and once in the afternoon.
